My sister and I had a great time here. It's a very nice, clean hostel with real beds not bunks! There aren't lockers for your bags though or breakfast included. It's right across from the accademia museum with the statue of david which was handy

This was a nice hostel to stay at. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and enjoyable to use and stay in.
Would recommend this hostel for a shorty stay as it is nice, quiet and small.
Having breakfast would have made the hostel better.

Spectacular hospitality to complement a spectacular stay in Florence. I would recommend the Hotel Sampaoli very highly: four star accomodation at a two star price!

What I found best about Sampaoli is that I felt at home. Ricardo and the other staff went over the hill to help with anything or provide all sorts of info. The restaurants he recommended were AWESOME. Atmosphere is quiet and respectful, with a lovely charm... The only bad thing was the bar downstairs!

Don't let the narrow staircase fool you - this place is fantastic with loads of charm and heaps of character. Leonardo was a superstar with info and advice - not to mention a genuine nice guy! We had a gorgeous little room with a private balcony and a huge bathroom. The boys were really helpful and just lovely people making it a welcome place to rest your head - so central. We loved Italy, especially Florence and particularly Hotel Sampaoli! xoxox

Loved this place. The staff are so nice and helpful. They gave good recs for dinner and also good directions around town. Rooms and bathrooms are clean! Felt very safe in building and was very cute atmosphere. Would definitely stay here in the future!!!
