NO INTERNET, and that's bad because during the reservation was written "wifi" included!! It was a double room, 4th floor without lift, very difficult stairs to arrive at the room. The hotel was being renewed at the 1st and 2nd floor, so there were always disturbing sounds in the morning. staff was ok. To stay for a short time is ok, also for good price and amazing position. The best thing about this hotel is location. The room was alright, towels were changed once in 2 days i think. Staff is friendly. Would stay there again. The price that we payed really worth it. Anastasia, from Russia ~ 1st Aug 2009

There was mud in the bathroom, crumbs on the floor, gum on the bed frame, two tvs because one was broken but hadn't been taken away, and nasty slime in the shower that you could wipe off with your finger. The garbage lid was broken off, the hot water nob was, too. The staff were helpful when we lost our key and when we needed some tea. Great location! danielle, from USA ~ 14th Apr 2009
