ok for the price. but bakpak in minowa is only 100 yen more and a different league of hostel. it all seems a bit shabbily put together. plastic partition walls where you can hear absolutely every snore and cough and even peoploe downstairs laughing if they are up late. as someone else said yes the toilet absolutely stinks. it reminded me of train toilets in china. not something i wanted to smell again. bed was comfy though, but room too hot. location is ok. 10-15 min walk from asakusa station,

The only thing I regret is that the matress was too hard. But everything else was nice, good service and nice place to stay. Thank you.

The hostel is good, beutiful lobby with some computers free wirless, television, the room are good too! But the smell in the toilet and sometimes in the room is even worse than the smell in the toiled of the subway!!! Anyway for what you pay is very good they just have to find some people that has the courage to clean the toilet well :D!!!

It was an OK place to stay. Nothing special. It's a 10 min walk to the nearest subway station. There is a 7/11 nearby.

The beds were very comfortable and private. Most of the people staying in our room were very considerate and quiet. Also, the design of the hostel itself is very quiet. We had a lovely stay.

interesting place. a little crowded with some steep steps to get to the rooms. laundry is on the top floor which was a bit of a hassle, but at least its there. basic needs are here, kitchen, toilets, showers. The staff speaks quite good english. They can pretty much help you find anything. if you like to have daily walks this is quite ideal. the hostel is not actually in asakusa, but next to it across the river. if you are staying 7 days i recommend renting a bike for the week it onl

It's a bit hard to find since it's in a small alley way but the place is quite alright with free internet and clean shower. The room is much bigger compared to the other place I stayed at.
