Worst hostel I have ever stayed at. Poor appearance, looks run down and dirty. No security; room got broken into and all of our stuff was stolen. Staff completely unhelpful, annoyed that we needed their phone to call the police. "Free airport transfer" is included in the price of the room. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. Hi, just to say the doors in the 4 bed dorm were really squeaky which was quite disturbing during the late nite/early morning sleeping times. Also there were tons of mosquitos, specially in bathroom but maybe that's just the area? Thanks. kerry, from New Zealand ~ 6th Apr 2009

Was a great hostel - mostly just like a hotel room - we got our own even though we paid for a dorm. Perfect if you're flying in/out of auckland and just need somewhere to stay! Helen, from England ~ 11th Feb 2009
