tiny rooms are cramped, but all include nice individual security lockers and blessed air conditioning. liked the rooftop terrace a lot too. kitchen exists, but it is not terribly well provisioned with regards to cooking utensils, pans, or knives, and the stove is only just a big hot plate.

I stayed in 3 different hostels while visiting Madrid and while they were all great, this one was the worse of the greatness. The atmosphere seemed dead and the help behind the front desk was pretty awful. The rooms are nice, we had our own bathroom and rigged the A/C to stay on all night. Good hostel if you want something quiet and are not looking to meet new people(what would be the point of going to a hostel then??)

The rooms are tiny like no other, but there is air conditioning, the beds are nice and they provide linens. There is a cool common room if you wan to be social. The one awesome thing about this hostel is the location, just because it is so near to the Atocha train station, the Reina Sofia and the Prado. It is an easy 10 minute walk. However, everything else really blows. The restaurant in that part of Madrid are shit. You are better off buying bread at the Market. Madrid really blows, just go t

the guy who owns the hostel decided to cut costs on two things 1) water, and 2) the kitchen. beginning with the water, showering and doing anything is really fun if you like doing it in an airport bathroom. all the water is push button timed, and showering is a pain in the ass. regarding the kitchen: there is damn near nothing to cook with, nothing to drink with, and only spoons to eat with. so plan your meals around that and then enjoy wondering why you went through all that trouble while you

Great hostel, pretty central in Madrid and had a nice lounge downstairs as well as a rooftop area where you could sit
