I would stay here again, close to the beach and Susana (staff lady) is fantastic. She cooked a meal upon request (for a cost) and was knowledgable about the area. Only problem that that front door was often open and security was a bit lax. There was a front gate for this though.
Well, the reading I get is the other guest felt so secure in the area with the gate to get into the front yard that they left the front door open.

Excellent choice when planning a stop in Valencia - excellent location on the sea front, quiet area with easy and convenient access to the city center by fast tram. Our room was nice, well-furnished with a beautiful bathroom, there is also a kitchen with all utilities, a washing machine, iron, beach towel, etc. Enjoyed our stay a lot, tried wonderful paella dinner (10EUR) offered by our hosts.
