The shower in our dorm was terrible. Often no hot water & never any pressure. The bunk beds were extremely wobbly & noisy. Despite all that the staff were excellent and could not have been more helpful. The rear of the hostel was not secured, and the Emergency Only door was opened often by guest. The bed/dorm area of one long term guest (2 weeks) was a pigsty-bottles, cigs, clothes, and stank. Gary, from USA ~ 18th Nov 2009

The bathrooms and showers seemed clean enough, but refuse and garbage were not picked up, the floors hadn't been vacummed in at least 3 days, perhaps more. The bed covers seemed kind of gross. There were no real common areas for people to meet. I was unable to connect to the wifi at all. Since I'd been at both India House and Bourbon House, it was a very disappointing experience in comparison.
