Oasis Backpackers Hostel Granada in Granada, Spain

Great location in Granada. The Hostel was fun and had a really nice charm. A few minor complaints... there is no air con and so when it reaches 40 degrees during the day, the rooms are unbearable. The rooms are very small and do not have lockers so you have to jump over everyone´s backpacs and hope that you dont break your neck. Showers are tiny so bigger ppl will struggle to fit in them. anna, from Australia ~ 17th Jul 2009

bathrooms were in horrendous conditions - urine on the floor, showers didn´t drain, and there was no ventilation so the smell was awful. had another reservation at oasis in sevilla, and cancelled it as soon as we saw the state of the rooms/bathrooms Susanne, from USA ~ 29th Jun 2009

Oasis has a good coccept, but in the end we felt the hostel was overcrowded, unclean (especially the kitchen) and way too loud. I did not sleep a wink due to the noise inside the room and outside the hostel. If you want a decent night sleep and to actually use the kitchen, go elsewhere.
