The staff made you feel like you were interrupting them when you asked them something, hot water ran out after 2 very short showers, lucky there was only me and my boyfriend in our dorm room for most of the time, breakfast is at a cafe next door, coffee and croisant which was nice. Kitchen is 2 hotplates and a bar fridge which you have to pay 1euro to use, internet is expensive. Location is very convenient to explore area on daytrips tho. Cath, from Australia ~ 31st Oct 2009

The bathroom was really weird... it was a combination shower and bathroom, so the entire bathroom got flooded with water everytime we took a shower. The breakfast is really great and is included. Michelle, from USA ~ 23rd Jul 2009

this place was OK. not sure if I would stay again pros: location next to train station. comfortable beds. clean room cons: trains and noise will keep you up at night. scary italian guy slept in same room with me. no hot water on the first day. luggage storage costs money. internet didn't work. breakfast was a joke (consisted of a piece of bread and coffee, not even worth eating) Ryan, from USA ~ 22nd Jul 2009

Weird. Felt unwelcomed as I did not speak Italian and the lady did not want to assist me with a question, clearly preferring to chat with others. Was made to lug my luggage up a dangerous flight of stairs when there was a lift available. Was told there was no washing machine when others had told me they did washing there the previous night (thats OK, as the dryer had not worked). There is a laundromat around the corner. Man wanted a ticket for breakfast on the third morning although I had not ne Jennifer, from Australia ~ 11th Jul 2009

great signs from the train to make it easy to find. Breakky included is not much but cafe next door is very handy. Internet too expensive. But close to station if youre dragging a big bag. A little kitchen to use. Bernard, from Australia ~ 31st May 2009

staff only spoke italian, room was cramped and bathroom door didn't close. could've been cheaper and the included breakfast part when i booked the beds, turned out out be incorrect. but a lovely town and good location. justin, from Australia ~ 25th May 2009
