Porto Downtown Hostel is one of the best hostels I have ever stayed. Despite its quality, it's not expensive. Porto is a city where you can eat, drink and have fun with a cheaper price than other similar european cities. This hostel is good except if you want to sleep. Indeed, all the noises of the whole building are hearable all over the place. Plus, the double room are without a window and with really poor isolation. Bad Bad Bad. We cannot close our eyes in this hostel... But the staff is cool. Jean-Tristan, from France ~ 18th Mar 2009
