Residencial Rex in Porto, Portugal

The Rex was a really good value place to stay, the price of the room even included a (very basic) breakfast. Only criticism would be that they didn't seem to have our reservation on the system (call before you arrive!). Just perfect. I wouldn't say it's a hostel, but rather a hotel for the same price. They cleaned our room every single day, changed the towels and everything else. There is a TV in a room and wireless for free. No refrigirator :-( Security: receptionist 24h, can't get in without him. Location: 5-10 min of walking to the riva, bus stop right in front of the hostel, metro station 5 minutes away that takes you also directly to the airport. Recommended!!!
