Security: there's a safe in the room for your most important stuff. Location: LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION, only really good thing in this place! Staff: barely spoke english, smoked inside and tried to hide it with air-freshener, quite unhelpful. Fun: jacuzzi, that's about it. Cleanliness: clean rooms, shitty toilets/showers. The hostel owner was really hospitable and discrete. The room was really clean and quite large and even if it was july the room was cool. When I'll need a hostel in Florence in the future I will chose this one. Marian, from Italy ~ 9th Jul 2009

Very bad place to stay. I booked a double bed room at the hostel and they gave me an old apartment 10 minutes away from there in a private building with no reception. The apartment had personal objects and really smelled like cigarette!!! The place is also very noisy and do not offer any security. The staff was also very unkind with us. I do not recommend!
