Russafa Youth Hostel in Valencia, Spain

The hostel was in a good location and had clean, and very nicely decorated rooms, with great artworks. The room we were given was up about 8 flights of stairs and was so hot couldn't sleep for the whole night.There was no air con, and no fan. It was ridiculously hot.There was no baggage storage which was very inconvenient. The owner had a big go at us for hand washing in the sink, but it wasn't us who were doing it!The breakfast is basically nothing, so don't book on account of a free breki! Hôtel ? Le mot "prison" me paraitrait plus adapté avec un gardien qui est sans arrêt sur votre dos. Je passe sur tout le réglement intérieur drastique : pas le droit de manger, pas le droit de boire, pleins de consignes pour l'usage de la salle de bain, petit déjeuner non servi, obligé de "dégager" à 11h.
