The receptionists are very friendly. Always ready to give you advice on the places you want to go. Security is always ready to help with luggages too. Room is clean and bed comfy. May be a little difficult to find as it is inside an alley. Bring the map from the hotel wherever you go. Even taxi drivers need assistance (from me! haha). I suggest you take a cab to ben thanh market instead of walking (if there's where you want to go). It only costs you USD 1. You can skip shops along bui vien rd. moto : "hotel for business traveller" the problem is it's quite difficult to find since it's on a narrow street barely accessible by taxi. Stairs to come in. Staff friendly. Clean. Complimentary breakfast is a joke: cereal and milk with juice (still awaiting for my juice), that's all. Bed very comfortable. View from bedroom : private housing (very near) and rusted roof. Minor discrepancy with deposit payment which I did not bother to pursue. 10% deposit paid through hostels.com was more than actual, due to revisions in booking.Hotel receptionist ended up only crediting me 10% deposit for first 3 nights stay, but not subsequent nights.Language barrier made it difficult for them to understand as English comprehension was limited.
