idiots coming home at 1am and running around the hostel singing and talking loud and to top it off, the hostel staff where joining them on the stupidity when it clearly says in big writing at the front to not make any noise past 11pm Alcino, from Australia ~ 24th Sep 2009

excellent centrql location, quick stroll to beach and you are surrounded by shops. by aware though when they say they have a kitchen they mean a mini bar fridge and cupboard space..... no cooking facilities, your not even allowed hot food in there and only a plate or two for the entire floor of guests. The room I stayed in was very noisy but central, there are not enough bathrooms and there was sand in the bed. Lockers cost €5 which I think is excessive seeing that there are no locks on room doors. Aleida, from Netherlands ~ 4th Aug 2009

One bathroom per floor. Seriously not enough especially if you are on the top floor and have to share with everyone on the terrace. The kitchen was useless, there was a kettle the first night we were there, but it disappeared after that. The fridge shocked everyone who opened it. Maybe one spoon and bowl. Loved the terrace at the top of the building for having a few drinks before hitting the town for our usual antics. Staff were great at helping out with tickets and any extra travel agendas with lots of local info too. Hostel was a little hard to find with only one small sign saying "hostel" and nothing else. staff were not very helpful. my towel that i paid to hire accidentally got cleaned up one day. when i asked for a new one they said i had to pay again. i refused and so they gave me a bath mat instead. poor form. sian, from Australia ~ 2nd Aug 2009
