Don't stay in the first floor dorms, they are really loud. The beds are quite hard. They said something about new Ikea mattresses but that can't be true. Overall not bad but the bathrooms were really dirty.

location is excellent, staff also. nice place to hang out and easy to meet people. cleanliness is ok, it was clean, but that's a different standard in china :)

We stayed at this hostel over Spring Festival. From the start, it felt like all they wanted was our money - they kept pushing their tours and activities on us. One of the staff members at the front desk was always very helpful and approachable but another was definitely not (the latter forgot to mention that one of the activities we booked through the hostel was not actually meeting at the hostel, so we missed the first bus). On the plus side, the hostel has a great location, very very close to

What great staff! The only reason I took a point off for "character" is that the hostel is a little shabby. The staff there are dedicated, cheerful, helpful and competent. Go Blue Sky!

we loved every second of our stay. great room with balcony and IKEA bed ;-) staff was very helpful and absolutely adorable. airport pick-up worked excellent, even though our plane was 30 min late. great food, great atmosphere... great everything! We will hopefully have the chance to return. thanks for this great place, Peter!
