Add SMS notification with the code, please. We could not get in when we arrived in the late check in. Other guests help us open the door and give us wifi password. And only then we checked by e-mail own code for safe-box and get the keys... SERGEY, from Russia ~ 12th Jan 2012

It was a nice hostel all around, or could have been. But the showers were disgusting to the point that I felt cleaner not showering. There was a pan in the kitchen that sat with food congealing in it for the entire stay. A male guest slept naked in the bunk across from my sister in our 8-person room which was incredibly hot, nearly unbearably so. I'd suggest a bit more oversight and attention from staff, as well as the option of single-sex rooms and an addition of ceiling or standing fans. Joelle, from USA ~ 7th Aug 2011

I think there should be better breakfast facilities as we had no opportunity to buy anything ourselves before hand and had to hunt the town for something when we were pushed for time in the morning. Alex, from Wales ~ 7th Jun 2011

I stayed for 4 nights in a 12 person dorm and it was brilliant. The hostel is clean, enough toilets and showers and cosy kitchen area... Would always go back to Skanstull Vandrarhem Thanks guys Sandra 5L from Sandra, from Germany ~ 21st May 2011

Phenomenal. A very safe place with security lockers and well decorated rooms. The staff were friendly and the place was extremely clean. I would live there if it were my apartment.
