It was our 2nd stay in a Hostel in London (1st time in Smart Hyde Park View). Now we were in Smart Hyde Park Inn in a 10 bed room for 1 night and payed 7 pound. Our experiences: + great location + nice atmosphere in the hostel + very nice staff + low prices - in bathroom no basin (only in the room) - pillows don't look very clean Fazit: Smart Hyde Park Inn is very recommendable for 1-2 nights. For a longer stay I would rather choose the Smart Hyde Park View (own bathroom) or another h Monika, from Germany ~ 21st Nov 2009

The location is def this hostel's best feature. Superclose to two tube station, so you can get to the city center in no time and there's a lot of places to eat right next door. But don't stay here if you want to socialize, Smart HP Inn doesn't do anything to make it's guests come together at all! And I love that breakfast is incl. Signe, from Denmark ~ 5th Nov 2009

I had stayed in this hostel three years ago with no problems.... but this time, after having difficulties with our flights, they refused to cancel our booking, despite our being well outside the 24 hour deadline as per the Terms and Conditions.
