The staff was friendly but they couldn't speak english very well. The room was really really small but also spotless clean, no complaints about that.
I stayed in the 10th floor and never met anyone staying in the same place, so no fun or interaction with the other guests.
The location is great and the place is definitely a keeper. I'll stay there again when I get back to HK!

I am suppose to stay in Studios HK. The manager told there is no INTERNERT access in the room and put me in another hostel close by. which is very disappointing. the hostels website says there is internet. I think he played me to rent the other one.

There is not alot to say about HK studios. Other then this....When we first arrived at HK studios the first thing we noticed was the smell - like a HK public toilet. Upon checking in we were told we had booked three rooms for 1 night instead of 1 room for 3 nights, which took us a while to explain that me and my girlfriend did not want three rooms. After getting into the room, which was probably the worst me and my gf have stayed in (next to a certain amsterdam hostel) we finally managed to get

Great location, the room was very clean and a great size, with it's own bathroom and tv. Staff was friendly but didn't seem to speak English very well. Not a whole lot of space for interaction, and computers and phones didn't work very well.

This Hostel have submitted a lot of Hostels on hostels.com. Either Studios HK, Wang Fath or hostels.hk (more?) and of course there is different prices. Be sure to look for the address, at paterson street 47 there is only one hostel.
The Hostel is alllright, quite small rooms but during our stay it didn't matter. TV, air-con and wireless internet makes this hostel quite allright.The location is also great, 50 meters from the tram and 40 meters from subway and there is always a lot of taxis out
