The staff was exceptional. However, I had a problem with the security. There were no locks on the doors and the luggage was kept in a common area. This was a strong concern for me because one evening when I was lying awake, someone open the door to my room and looked in to see if anyone was there. When they noticed I was in my bed, they shut the door and left. There may be an acceptable reason for this (lost?), but it also may be someone wanting to see if no one was in the room, but had their Read Owner Comments John, from USA ~ 4th Nov 2011

It wasn't the easiest place to find as the online directions from the airport were somewhat limited.Need to add that you catch the bus from the Rental Car Centre at the airport then add some description of what happens after you get on the number 11 bus.That said, once I arrived, the property manager was extremely informative, the place was great and I wish I could have stayed longer!! For me the biggest draw back was its location,VERY far from the main parts of FLL, such as Downtown and Crew Agencies,but u have supermarkets, and beach near by. The manager was pretty easy going, especially when I had to condense 3 suitcases into 1!The American-Canadian guy was a lot of fun to talk to,but he gave me bad advice about the job offer! ) The facilities have been upgraded and are nice and new. The Americans that are staying there tend to get over excited when watching sport on th Robert, from England ~ 4th May 2011

I was very upset there were no kitchen facilities.We stay at hostels because we like to prepare our own food - cheaper and healthier.We were not made aware before arrival that the kitchen was under repair and no reduction was made to our costs.We were there four days and no visible effort was being made (except for one day for a couple of hours) to complete the work.We would not stay at this facility again unless a kitchen was available.Apart from that, we were very satisfied.
