The hostel is not as close to the centre as it was meant to be- 25 min is more reasonable, unless you are in a big hurry. The hostel is divided into two buildings (3 soon)and there is a TV in only one of them. Staff wasn't very enthusiastic.
Overall, nice, clean hostel, with a character if you want a quiet and peacful rest.

Wow- I'd just like to say that this is the best hostel I've stayed in! I don't think there's really anything they could improve, it was really clean and the staff were friendly. They even left home-made freshly baked bread in the kitchen every morning! Thank's everyone at the Old Countryhouse!

This hostel was one of the best we have stayed in, its a bit like a hotel just more welcoming.
Only down point is they advertise an airport pickup on hostels.com, but you have to get the shuttel. Otherwise great.
