When I tried to check in Chris had told me I did not have a reservation even though I made the reservation more than 24 hours in advance. I left thinking I didn't have a reservation. I called back to see if the reservation and Chris told me I had a reservation all along. Then at 1 A.M. Chris had some issues with some guests. The police were called out and Chris was arrested for aggrevated assult. I could not sleep for the rest of the night. This was the first time I ever stayed at this Hostel. This hostel is excellent. Staff is friendly and helpful, and go beyond what they are required to do. Plus, there is free breakfast! The hostel is in the middle of downtown, so everything is within easy walking distance. I've been to other hostels and these guys are at the top of the game. Highly recommend.
