begin by improving their service. its a shame because some of the employees there are actually good people. a few bad apples though.then improve organization, don't let drunk kids run around all day and night doing whatever they please, and clean up the facilities a good bit.that would be a start, but man they have a long way to go. The hostel was great, with a pool and a bar it had th ebest atmosphere. I went for a quiet weekend-ish. I ended up drunk for four days, but I don't care! I met some fantastic people and had the best time! The place was cleaned reguarly, breakfast was good and the staff were very nice and friendly. Kim, from England ~ 27th Oct 2011

There is not one good thing I can say about this hostel. They would not honor my booking as I made it claiming that they were not responsible for what is shown online. Every room was disgusting, kitchen, bathrooms, beds etc. Staff was extremely rude and could not even tell me where local shops/restaurants were. Worst of all they are of such low integrity that they pay guests for positive reviews, so don't believe what is said in them.
