The guy with curly long hair) was very friendly. We are grateful because you changed our beds when they were wet. The kitchen was too small for so much people and the dishes were limited! we missed a lift to carry the suitcases to the third floor.... hahah! Our room was dirty the five days we stayed there and we could prove how the man who was supposed to be the "cleaner" didn't really clean! Fun hostel where people get together in the courtyard and downstairs a lot. Some of the dorms actually face the courtyard and the bathroom and shower are through there. Breakfast included, but it's just bread, jam, and terrible coffee. The rooms were more or less clean, but had to close the window against smoking in the courtyard and it got very stuff since the heat was on, for some ridiculous reason. The location is good, but this hostel is very very dirty:( the bathrooms are disgustings and the kitchen too.the breakfast is good. they dont have lockers and the beedrooms have only one key.i dont recommend Mafalda, from Portugal ~ 29th Aug 2009

This place is good for saving a few extra dollars. The shower is like a very small closet in the rooms, the toilet is outside and kind of a everyone shares it. The sink is inside the rooms with everyone. It just felt a bit dirty. If you are willing to pay more, then you can find better places. Kyle, from USA ~ 2nd Aug 2009

It's was very nice, realy close from a cheap grocery store and at 50 m of a cheap internet cafe (there it's éeuro/30 min). It's nice if you want a small place for nice party but quiet after 2 oclock... the room are nice, but bring your pillo because it was not really clean... This place is really good for a short stay in Paris. We experienced no problems at all. Breakfast in the morning is according french standards and a nice place to meet other travelers! get what u paid for...dont expect anything, they try and tell you its illegal to drink your own booze there (french law) which is just a ploy to get you to buy their over priced small beer. reception is very rude kevin, from Canada ~ 17th Jul 2009
