The family there was absolutely amazing. The offer all kinds of classes and go out of there way to make sure you have everything you need. The place is a little tricky to find, but that just means it out of the hustle and bustle of the city. Looking out our bedroom window was just mountains and trees. Down below were the locals washing there clothes in the outdoor washing basin. The Yangshuo Culture house gives you a better perspective on Chinese life. The food there is spectacular. We

An absolutely incredible experience! I would recommend to anybody looking for a quiet getaway. Mr Wei, the caretaker, is incredibly hospitable and seems to be connected to everybody you'd need to know to make a tour reservation.

Great interaction with people from all over the world. Great home cooked food for dinner. Owner Mr. Wei can arrange all trips and tickets for you in Yangshuo, and usually 20 RMB cheaper than the travel companies....all in all a great deal. only issue is, place is a bit away from the West Street, the happening hub of Yangshuo

The Culture House is definitely worth it to get your bearings. Wei is so helpful and gave us a crash course in Mandarin for free. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. A good quiet night's sleep and the best food!!!

It said it was 1.7km out of town, so we imagined it would be in the countryside, but it is just off a busy road. However, we still really enjoyed our stay, as Mr. Wei is very helpful, and the food was fantastic (all meals are included). It was nice to sit down and eat with the other guests at meal times.
