Too many school kids, who were often noisy. Very utalitarian. Staff's english was great though.

Its too far from the u-bahn station and its not convenient to travel from hauptbahnhof by u-bahn as I have to change a lot. The most ridiculous thing is they will force everyone to join there membership for 15 euros even you just stay for a night (well, its 5 euros for a night)! There is no point to force people to join their membership if they want us to return next time. For a poor university student, 5 euros is far more than enough for me to have a great meal in Berlin!

My only complaint is that nighttime was somewhat noisy, making it difficult to sleep. But the staff was extremely helpful, and the location not too far off from tourist sites.
