didn't really stay long enough to get the full feel for the place but seemed to be a fun, lively place to be.

i think the pillow's are dead, seriously, invest in new ones. i also think its a bit cheeky to charge extra for linen that we put on and remove ourselves. breakfast is great, location perfect, bunks squeek like crazy but are resonably comfy, staff are friendly

Very helpful staff. Free Wifi is good, and its free to print out a few pages, and no charge to borrow a towel- just pay deposit which you get back. Toilets prone to blocking, but otherwise clean. General security good, but nothing to check guests don't bring other people into the rooms- one of the people in my room brought up 6 friends who weren't staying there, at night!!
You won\'t find a better location than this.. you can walk to all of Berlin\'s main atractions! The Insider tours leave from Hackescher Markt, just along from Citystay. I miss this place.. great hostel!

This was a very nice hostel. It was located very close an S-Bahn station making travel around the city very easy. All of the staff was nice and very helpful. All of the facilities were very clean with plenty of bathrooms and showers. They also have a laundry service that is cheap and convenient. The beer there was great and cheap!! Highly recommended!!!!!
