This is a really nice hostel! We loved staying here, with the great staff, who makes you feel like home. You have a nice view on the lake from the great kitchen. The staff know everything for the tours. Also very clean place. We definitely recommand this place! Rob and Linda

Die größte Entäuschung, die wir auf unserer Südamerika Reise erlebt haben. Die Zimmer sind nicht schmutzig, sondern super schmutzig. Unter dem Betlaken ist eine Plastikfolie, man kann sich überlegen warum..Es lebten auch einige Tiere mit im Zimmer. Toilette möchte ich hier lieber nicht beschreiben. Vorsicht - wir haben unser Gepäck am Abreisetag aufbewahren lassen und es sind uns oben einige Sachen geklaut worden. Don't go there. Dirty rooms und Toilets, bad Servis. Don't let the luggage in the hostel, we didn't find some of our things anymore! We were realy disapointed, the worst hostel we had in south America!

The hostel is really clean & warm, hot showers and clean towels daily. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Excellent transfer service to ski resort (including free hot chocolate). Great kitchen too!
