After 2 months of traveling this hostel was the biggest letdown of them all! The bathrooms were filthy. They were cleaned once a day, cleaning involved a wipe of the sink &a some bleach in the toilet. There was always toilet paper spilling out of the bin all over the floor. A serious safety issue was that the firealarm battery was dying & beeping every few mins. I went on a trek for 3 days &when I came back it was still beeping! When I mentioned this to the staff they did not seem to care.

cool place to stay if you want a good night life. even tho they had a good bar menu the only food one could get was toasties!! when clothes went missing in the laundry they were not of much help.
The communal facilities are great - there's a fantastic tv room with loads o dvds, the bar is cool and there are hammocks to lounge in the sun. The food is pretty good too. However one of the girls behind reception was the rudest individual I have ever met! And the toilets are in short supply, and mixed.
