Great hostel but a bit noisy at night with all the karaoke going on in the street--even mid-week. Good place to hang out for a bit and the staff was exceptionally nice.

It is killing to go all the way UP stairs. Totally does not suit old age people accompanying family members.. TV is almost unaccessible to some shy tenants. Kitchen very small. Breakfast is at the minimum level.

we had booked a family room (and paid the extra fee for this)in advance - when we checked in we were given a small double room with ensuite facilities. We did not want a double bed as we were two girls travelling. They had to put in a single bed into the room. There was cockroaches in the bathroom and there was no water provided at the hand wash sink.
Altogether it felt not very personal and the staff wasn't very helpful. They tried always to avoid in telling us it would be better to do it without their help when we asked about several things that are offered on the homepage. When they said they would book sth. for us they didn't. That said a big plus is its in a central location. A band is playing every night in the street below so bring earplugs! Free breakfast was what you can expect and free internet really worked.
although the location is very good, staff are not helful~~~ common answer is "I don't know". one doubleroom 312 with toilet is smelly, with urgly carpet. Rooms on 1st floor are noisy. Be careful of the ants, they are everwhere include your room!Don't expose any sweet stuff to the air.
