The staff did not speak a word of english and did not know or did not understand I had booked in advance. I had to pay for the full amount. Not a good option if you don't speak the language.

The hostel is not 800 mts from anywhere where they said. It does not have a hostel atmosphere it is more like a clean room. The staff do not speak any english.

DO NOT MAKE RESERVATIONS HERE!!! we made reservations, paying a deposit, of course, and told them we'd arrive at 8pm. they gave our room away and left us with nothing. they didn't even return our deposit. no english speakers around, either, and they'll make fun of you if you don't speak chinese. choose somewhere else.

I was dismayed that there was no lift, and I was put on the 3rd floor. Also I was told that there was no bath towelprovided, only two small towels and a bathmat, although I was given one when I pointed out that the online advertisement said towels were provided.

On the website the hostel is presented as "Western-style and international", but when we arrived in the evening nobody spoke any English. However on the next morning there was a really nice guy with great English skills.
