The place is clean and comfortable compared to many budget hotels. The staff is friendly and funny. They would try their best to meet your needs. However, if you are noise sensitive like me, you'll have to choose the inner rooms. It is not close to the central shopping area but you may enjoy the walking. they have a great cafe opposite that sells great coffee.
