It was the first time i have ever been in a hostel and a really liked. I felt like i was in a hotel. everything is great in the hostel and the staff are really friendly, specialy Nicholas. the rooms are awesome, and the fact that the bathroom is not inside the room was not a problem as a thought, because there is a little hall for every 3 rooms with a kitchen and 1 bathroom, so acctually we had a lot of privacy. I really liked the fact that there are two elevators

the hostel was not clean. the bed was in bad condition with webs all over the ceiling. Location was great also the staff, too bad the guests weren't though.

The staff was great and extremely helpful. Unfortunately our room wasn´t. There were stains all over the wall from people killing mosquitos, resulting in blood marks everywhere. It was pretty gross. The atmosphere was good, although people screaming at 4 in the morning should be kept to a minimum. Overall I would recommend Hostel Obelisco, I would just say that it´s not the cleanest place I´ve ever stayed at.
i loved it a obelisco. the hostel was really fun, and the staff went out of their way to ensure a good time was had by the travellers. the rooms were of good size and were very clean. would highly recommend and am actually going back to buenos aires and will stay there again for sure.
