We have stayed here in the hotel and the beds is wonderful. We also booked sapa treking 4 days/3ngiht -2 nights of homestay, and we can wormly recommend it. And also the Halong bay, 1night on the boat was very nice . The staff is very friendly and always nice to help
This is to recommend the apt guesthouse hanoi with clearn spacious rooms and most recommendable very helpful, staff which is always freindly and able to fully your wishes and needs. We appreciated this this hopitelity very much and hope that this team is able to do this in future for visitor like us! we like then all the best
I stayed here 3 nights and will stay again on my way back to hanoi - the prices are good and the rooms are clean and spacious and a good price. The staff are very friendly and happy to help wherever possible - they are great for tours and in particular private tours - we were not up for big tours and they were able to accomodate our needs. Certainly reccommend to other tourists

I Would not recommend this Guesthouse. We booked a few days in advance on the internet. We arrived at the guesthouse by taxi and before we even got out the manager came out to and said that they were full and he would send us to another hotel which was nothing like the original one, as far as the online photos go. The shower did not work and the bathroom was dirty. There were ants all over the bedroom and the noise from the street below was unbearable. as our flight had arrived late we had no choice but to stay. The staff at this hotel tried to push us into booking a trip before we had even got to our room. We awoke in the morning to a loud argument between a member of staff and some other guests.

Fine hotel, and well located. However, staff tried their very best to rip us off by saying that no deposit had been paid when we booked through hostels.com, and that we had to pay for the airport pick-up (advertised as free with 3 night stay). To be fair, this was one particular member of staff, but with all the choice in Hanoi? you don't need the hassle.
