The summer night in Stayokay Hostel has been a nightmare. My six beds room and the other rooms of the building were appoximately at 35 degrees for the whole night, there were no air conditioning, the windows were blocked and could not be opened. The staff did not want to solve the situation. A weak person woul really have losen his senses for the high temperature. Me and other people could not sleep at all, and some persons went to sleep in the park in front of the hostel. It has been the worst

The directions from Hostels.com are horrible, you will be walking for awhile and asking many people for directions. so find out directiosn from the hostel directly. otherwise everything else was decent.

Nice place, friendly staff - very helpful, very nice location at the water and 10 minute walk from the city center. Clean room with clean shower and toilet. Mosdef gonna come back to this place when I plan another trip to Maastricht or while passing through.
