Knowing the proprietaire of New Park Hotel, is the best you can experience! He's a very kind and open person, you will enjoy meeting him and learn a lot of interesesting and usefull things about Jordan in general. You'll feel yourself more than a guest, you'll feel like a real friend. They are still working to improve the conditions, but I'm sure that it really has the possibility to be one of the more interesting hotels in Amman!

Very good location. Staff is very hospitable. BUT! My room wasn't clean when I arrived (hair on the flr, un-emptied garage, no pillow cover). I asked the clerk to have it cleaned, then left for 5 hrs. When I returned my room hadn't been touched! Same thing the next day with diff. clerk! Three nights and no one ever cleaned my room. No soap, TP, or towels. Wi-fi did work and I used it in my room. Hate to write a negative review as staff/manager are great, but you should know what to expect.

A little dirty but the staff and particulary the Manager are fantastic. They have great advice and lots of knowledge!
This place is great. The owner is so helpful in planning trips in and around Amman. The staff is very nice as well and always on hand to get you what you need. Highly recommended.
