We contacted the hotel with our arrival details and were promised a pick-up that did not happen. When we arrived at the hotel by taxi, we were unexpected. It seems the e-mails go to a middle-man who does not talk to the hotel. It took a long time to check in as there was no record of our booking. Sheets were dirty - mascara and stains on the bed, 2 sheets with cigarette burns. The first morning it turned out there was no breakfast, despite breakfast being included in the tariff. We tried to check out and were told (through a telephone interpreter) that we had to pay for both nights. Very disappointed. Worst booking so far.
