when we came to the hotel it turned out that our hotel is closed and we have to go to another one but it was better because it was 3* hotel

Location is PERFECT for the beach, but not if you want to spend a lot of time in the city of Palma. Staff was pretty nice and helpful, room was nice, free breakfast buffet was great (so much food!), room cleaner not that great - everything in room wasn't changed and restocked like normal, but no reason not to go there. All in all a GREAT choice i'm happy i made! A cheap hotel that gave you pretty much more than you would expect for the price!

This is a good location by the beach. All of the staff apart from 1 older man were very nice and happy to help. If i want to stop in this area again i would come back to this hotel.
The location is amazing, 1 block from the beach. It´s a good 3 star hotel for cheap.
