i love this place. i have stayed twice and both time my expectations were met. best value in tokyo.
Directions to the hotel could be a bit more detailed.

The directions to this location were extremely vague. It took my friend and I an hour and a half to find it--not even taxi drivers knew the address, in Japanese OR romaji. Please list where to turn and not just the distance. It WAS a fantastic location; but better and more complete directions were needed. The staff were also fantastic, and they were very friendly to foreigners (especially those that make an effort to be polite in Japanese).
Staff were excellent and friendly, but limited English. Rooms were excellent and I would stay here again.
directions from the hamamatsucho station were very vague. perhaps suggest 'look for the building with KITCHENETTE in red neon on the top will help.
