Service was great, but my reservation for the first night was lost and I was sent to a different hostel in the pouring rain.

This hostel was AMAZING! I will definitely stay here again when I visit Santiago! It is by far the coolest hostel I have ever visited! The only thing is that the website said that the rooms had lockers, but they had no locks, so bring your own lock. :) Also, it may serve you well to call and confirm your reservation as they had overbooked when we arrived and we didn't have the room we booked, but they just so happened to have an extra room: we got lucky! Other than that, the place is incredible. The free wifi and the rooftop area were an added bonus! I could go on and on about the great things about this hostel, but I definitely recommend it to anyone! Thanks so much Sarah and Francisca!!!!!!!
