Madrid has a lot to see and this place is a great place to see it all from. Close to the best stuff in town, this hostel has clean rooms (aside from a few of the toilets and showers that occasionally don\'t work, but you could get that anywhere), friendly staff, and a great pub crawl. 20 min walk from train station, 5 min walk from metro station. Great value for the price and definitely recommended if your going to be in Madrid.

Big hostel, clean and all BUT! totally bored and unfriendly staff, we left the ONE key we had ( we were 3) at the reception and they first told us they didn't find it, when we came back that evening it was there again.....weird. Negative aspect....LOTS of rules, stupid ones, no eating or drinking in the room (no common room provided) kitchen use just when u ask for the key at the reception and cooking not allowed unless u stay there more than 14 days (who the fuck stays 14 days in a hostel!?)

Pretty quiet, clean, and easy. The bathrooms and rooms were clean. The guy at the "front desk" was not very helpful, but otherwise it's decent.
