a fantastic atmosphere and ambience. The staff are fantastic, cant do enough for you, including regular pizza and piella nights. Rooms and showers are very basic, with no air con, however the atmosphere, the staff and character of the place more than makes up for that. A fantastic and very enjoyable stay. Very secure, and very convenient and beautiful location.

The staff were fantastic, fun and really helpful. The size of the hostel is perfect so you can easily meet the other people there, and it has really great lounge areas.

Makuto is the best hostel in Spain, possibly in the world. I LOVE IT!!

The only bad thing is the size of the place...too crampt and at times feels abit claustraphobic. Also sleeping on the top of a 3 bed bunk bed was a bit scary. HOWEVER....staff were amazing and helpful and the atmosphere was so friendly and chilled out that i had a good time at this hostel.
