We spent a very pleasent day in this hostel and I am happy to recommend it to anyone.

Do NOT stay at this hostel. The only thing going for it is a close location to the Termini. First, they DO NOT accept credit cards. Supposedly their machine is temporarily broken, but the sign stating such is very old and dirty. We were give a room in a remote location from the main building. The location is great, especially if you take the train and subway. The free breakfast is very good (it should maybe start earlier). Air conditionning wasn't always working, but at least there was one. We asked for a double bed and we ended up having two twin beds that always seperated. The bathroom was clean in the morning, but by the end of the day it was pretty gross. Overall though it was a great choice. The staff was very helpful and always available. (24h!)

We expected a much cleaner room and bathroom. We are aware that staying in a hostel is different from a hotel but we paid for a private room and expected a bit more cleanliness. We've stayed in other hostels in eastern europe and they were much cleaner.

We found the location was great, and the room was suitable, but there was a lot of noise from other areas within and around the hostel. it was hard to sleep sometimes because of people talking or partying.
