Goog lookin hostel in the city center of Lucca, cheap and clean. It's not a place to get fun, but I'm not used to look for fun in a hostel. Lucca is wonderfull and S.Frediano Hostel it's the cheapest solution. It's inside the walls so you can visit the city by walk at every hour. Reccomended! Davide Francesco, from Italy ~ 25th Aug 2009

Great location. Lovely hostel with a lot of character and used to be an old nunnery or monestry. Fairly clean but a bit quiet when I came so not a great place to meet people. Common Rooms were very dimly lit. V. good location as just a metres away from the restaurants and shops. Yevon, from Australia ~ 31st Oct 2009
