Nice atmosphere, staff participated a lot, many activities offered (every evening), big common room. Location for St Kilda was alright (10min to bars, 15min to beach), 30min by tram to the city center. The room was average, nothing special but clean. Restrooms and showers were a bit shabby and not always perfectly clean. Sometimes smell of smoke in the house. Kitchen equipment was not enough (especially cups). Very helpful and friendly staff.
