Cheap Hostel in Milan, Italy

This hotel is far from the center of Milan and is in a very creepy area that I wouldn't suggest walking alone at night in. Hotel room was nice, but staff wouldn't really give me the time of day which was a little annoying. Hilary, from USA ~ 24th Oct 2009

The owners (who don't speak English!) are friendly and extremely accommodating. Unlike the rude, arrogant and downright mean 'associate / agent' who even after we booked 4 days ahead, sent an e-mail the night before (to which he never replied)to confirm our arrival decided that when we rocked up at 8pm in the pouring rain we were 'late' so had sold our room. He then went on to say it was not his problem and we won't find another room in milan. Having said that, the owners managed to find a room Paul, from Australia ~ 14th Sep 2009
