Apt. Alessa in Vienna, Austria

I was told the hostel was 10 min from the Hofburg, but it was way more than 15 (if one walked quite fast)! Staff wasn't there but the keys where pinned to the door, so no problem with that... I was out during daytime so it didn't matter much that the only heating (an electric heating "thing") in the whole flat was in our room and smelled strange when put on. It was quite cold in the room. Staff was friendly when there. I was at Vienna to go to museums and sights (art history student) so I can' Danica, from Germany ~ 21st Oct 2009

The staff was awsome with us! The room was a bit small for 3 person(bunked beds, the bed near to the top was really near to the top =P), but we managed. It was so hot that we need to left the window open(there was a lot of noise coming from the window). It also have a kitchen, no microwave, but a big fridge. Showers and bathrooms separeted in our flat. We liked it. INES, from Portugal ~ 22nd Aug 2009
