go south, at the restaurant Aguachiles make a left and the home is down the street about 1/2 mile.
(Note:If you passed the police filter you went too far)
From ADO bus station in Tulum:
go south on the main road (freeway 307) towards Chetumal, make a left at calle 18 (restaurant Aguachiles is located on this street corner).
Go straight for about 1km and the home is on the left.
