L'appartamento dispone di limitate stanze singole, doppie e una multipla. Tutti i servizi sono comuni: bagni con docce comuni e cucina.
Uno spazio tranquillo dove riposare in pace, in grado di offrire anche la possibilità di fare amicizia e condividere gli spazi comuni.
Un ambiente di rispetto reciproco. Amichevole coi finocchi. Vietato fumare ovunque.
L'ostello è ricavato all'interno di un grande appartamento di nove vani, posto al piano nobile di un palazzo storico. In epoca imperiale infatti, questa casa fu l'abitazione di alcuni ufficiali dell'esercito prussiano; con un'ottima panoramica sul largo viale delle parate, chiamato Alt-Moabit.
La limitata ricettività accoglie i clienti in un'atmopsfera intima e romantica.
Un luogo dove incontrarsi e godersi Berlino sia di giorno che di notte, soli o in compagnia. Un ambiente unico, aperto, amichevole, in cui sentirsi a casa in un' atmosfera multiculturale e favorevole allo scambio.
Benvenuti i Buddisti, Induisti, Ebrei e Mussulmani, così come Cristiani e Atei. Allo stesso modo, vegetariani, vegani, artisti e musicisti.
Gli ospiti a lungo termine sono particolarmente ben accetti.

Il Check-in è possibile solo dalle 09.00 AM a mezzanotte. E' necessario accordare l'ora di arrivo all'ostello col personale e rispettare gli orari concordati tramite nel modulo di prenotazione on-line. In caso di cancellazione o variazione dei programmi vi preghiamo di avvisare telefonicamente, via mail o sms.
L'ostello si trova a Berlino, quartiere Mitte (centro), sezione Tiergarten - Moabit.
In 2 minuti di cammino si arriva sulla riva del fiume Spree. Posizione favorevole, tra il centro Ovest (Kudamm) e il centro Est (Alexanderplatz). Comodo per chi arriva dall'aeroporto di Tegel o dalla stazione centrale.
Il distretto Mitte, una delle 12 città dello stato Berlino, è quello più centrale, storicamente diviso dal famoso muro. Tiergarten che ne costituisce la parte più ad Ovest, è il famoso parco nel cuore di Berlino.
Il nostro quartiere, il Maobit, fondato da un gruppo di protestanti francesi, rifugiati qui nel 1688. Il nome trae origine da un leggendario sito biblico: la zona montuosa del Moab.

§1) No smoking inside the hostel nowhere! So only outside on street.
§2) Payment: We take cash only! Sorry, no credit-cards!
All booked days have to be paid in advance.
You have to pay in cash the full amount of your booking on arrival, plus a key deposit of 20 €
ATMs / bank machines / cash terminals are everywhere, at stations, air-ports and also near from us, at Alt-Moabit 82, on the next street corner!
§3) Please be so kind to make sure you mentioned your proper arrival-time, because check-in is by appointment only. This is, because we are a small hostel, with just a few arrivals every day, so we just want to be in and not shopping for example if there is an arrival of someone.
In case you forgot to chose your arrival-time, the default =automatic '11h' appears.
In that case, please send us an e-mail with your real arrival-time, or and sms or call.
CHECK-IN is between 9am / 9 o'clock untill 12pm / 24 o'clock (midnight) possible only!
So choose your arrival time accordingly!
From your time of arrival on, we will wait for you for 1 hour.
In case you are late, please give us a call or send an sms.
Otherwise your booking might be cancelled and your bed get made available to booked by others.
Once you have checked in, you have 24 hours access with your own keys!
§4) No show will be charged witrh the first night by your credit card.
§5) No Refunds for booked and paid stays.
§6) Check out time is between 9am / 9 o'clock until 12am / 12 o'clock (noon)
early check-out : the night before untill 12pm / 24 o'clock
late check out : until 20 pm, for an extra charge of half a day.
§7) Your luggage can be left for the day on check-out, by making an appointment for picking it up.
We prefer non-smokers as our guests, because we have no rooms for smoking. Even smoking in front of the house is not loved, when guests smoke and talk loudly in front of the door and leave their cigarette-rests everywhere. Our house has a share-house character, and is based on mutual politeness, as being quiet at night and leaving the kitchen spotless clean at any time. We wish you a pleasant stay. Fabian & friends

Hostel stafff super nice. We got a private 4 bedroom. Problem was that we only got 1 key for the individual room. This was all they had for the room. We were able to get extra entry keys, but not room keys. Our friend was sick one night, so he stayed in room. We locked the room, and left. What we didn't realize till afterwards was that we locked him in the bedroom with no escape. No restroom.Luckily he was ok. Ohter than that location is in a Turkish neighborhood, nogermanFEEL Sean, from USA ~ 15th May 2013

We had Deluxe double bed with shared bathroom. I wouldn't name it "deluxe", bed wasn't comfortable and there was boiler in our room. It makes nois only when somebody takes shower, fortunately there was no need to use heating, otherwise I can't imagine to sleep in this noise. Eva, from Czech Republic ~ 6th May 2013
