Our facilities include free internet and Wi-Fi, a shared kitchen, a free luggage room with lockers and a book exchange with magazines, paperbacks, comics and travel guides. We also have free maps of Brussels and other cities.
The basic breakfast includes cornflakes, muesli, brioche, rice biscuits, jam, choco-paste, coffee and orange juice.
Sheets are included and towels are available to buy from reception.

We don't accept group reservations. If you book several beds under the same name we'll try to put you in the same room. Check-in: 0900 - 2300. Guests are not permitted to check in after 2400. Check-out: 1100. Reception is open from 0800 to 2400. If your flight's been delayed or you will otherwise arrive after 2300 please call us before 2300 so we can wait for you; otherwise we'll close reception. Lost or non-returned keys shall incur a charge of 15 to your credit card. Payment is due upon arrival; we only accept credit cards when the total balance is over 200. We have a 48hr cancellation policy. Late cancellations and no-shows shall be charged the equivalent of the first night's accommodation. We accept cancellations by email or fax. This is strictly a non-smoking premises; there are ashtrays outside. There is a 50 penalty for smoking indoors. Pets are not permitted.

The staff is basically quite nice but one of them don't know how to speak english and I have difficulty to ask him about how to get to the place I want to go. The location is quite far from the center but it is very close to the metro station. If you don't mind spending 2 euro for the metro,it would be a great choice. Quite far from the center and we were recommended not to go on foot especially at night, however right next to the hostel was metro station, so it was very comfortable. Breakfast was quite poor - only bread, jams and cereals. No cheese or even coffee (just a coffee machine you have to pay). Everything else was good. Viktorija, from Lithuania ~ 23rd Apr 2013
